Spread 1 tablespoon of beans on each tortilla, roll up the tortillas, and set aside.

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. After 5 minutes, start frying the rolled tortillas until golden. Place them on a plate when done.

Wash the tomatoes and peppers well. Roast them with the onion and garlic for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until soft.

For the salsa, rinse a mortar and pestle with a little water. Add a pinch of salt, then the garlic and mash well. Add the onion and peppers, mash, then add the tomatoes one by one and mash until combined.

Place the flautas on a plate. Top with lettuce, sour cream, cream cheese, and finally the salsa. Enjoy with a cold soda!
