Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmashed Peruvian beans (about 240 grams)
  2. 1 poundcorn tortillas (about 450 grams)
  3. 3Roma tomatoes
  4. 2serrano peppers
  5. 1 pieceonion
  6. 1garlic clove
  7. 1 cupchopped lettuce (about 50 grams)
  8. 1/2 cupcream cheese (about 115 grams)
  9. 1/2 cupsour cream (about 120 grams)
  10. 1 cupoil (about 240 ml)
  11. Salt, to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Spread 1 tablespoon of beans on each tortilla, roll up the tortillas, and set aside.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. After 5 minutes, start frying the rolled tortillas until golden. Place them on a plate when done.

  3. 3

    Wash the tomatoes and peppers well. Roast them with the onion and garlic for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until soft.

  4. 4

    For the salsa, rinse a mortar and pestle with a little water. Add a pinch of salt, then the garlic and mash well. Add the onion and peppers, mash, then add the tomatoes one by one and mash until combined.

  5. 5

    Place the flautas on a plate. Top with lettuce, sour cream, cream cheese, and finally the salsa. Enjoy with a cold soda!
