Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiled n mashedPotatoes
  • 1/2 cup boiled n crushedCorns
  • 1 tbsp gratedCheese
  • 1 tbspCornflour
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspGreen chillies
  • 1/4 tspJeera powder
  • 1/4 tspPepper powder
  • 1 tspCoriander leaves
  • as neededOil to fry
  • 2 cups beatenCurd -
  • to sprinkleBunna jeera powder
  • to sprinkleRed chilli powder
  • to tasteChaat masala to sprinkle
  • Sweet chutney as required
  • Mint chutney as required (Optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all in ingredients in a bowl. Potatoes, corn, salt pepper, green chilli, cornflour, cheese, coriander leaves.

  2. 2

    Bind it properly and make lemon size balls.

  3. 3

    Fry them on medium heat till golden brown. Keep aside.

  4. 4

    Now take serving dish arrange corn wada and pour curd over it

  5. 5

    Now sprinkle chaat masala, red chilli powder, jeera powder.

  6. 6

    Put Sweet and Mint chutney.

  7. 7

    Garnish with Coriander leaves.

  8. 8

    Enjoy delicious Cheesy Corn Dahivadas.
