Ingredients

  1. 1 cup boiled n mashedPotatoes
  2. 1/2 cup boiled n crushedCorns
  3. 1 tbsp gratedCheese
  4. 1 tbspCornflour
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/2 tspGreen chillies
  7. 1/4 tspJeera powder
  8. 1/4 tspPepper powder
  9. 1 tspCoriander leaves
  10. as neededOil to fry
  11. 2 cups beatenCurd -
  12. to sprinkleBunna jeera powder
  13. to sprinkleRed chilli powder
  14. to tasteChaat masala to sprinkle
  15. Sweet chutney as required
  16. Mint chutney as required (Optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all in ingredients in a bowl. Potatoes, corn, salt pepper, green chilli, cornflour, cheese, coriander leaves.

    Bind it properly and make lemon size balls.

  3. 3

    Fry them on medium heat till golden brown. Keep aside.

  4. 4

    Now take serving dish arrange corn wada and pour curd over it

  5. 5

    Now sprinkle chaat masala, red chilli powder, jeera powder.

  6. 6

    Put Sweet and Mint chutney.

  7. 7

    Garnish with Coriander leaves.

  8. 8

    Enjoy delicious Cheesy Corn Dahivadas.
