1grouper (200-400 grams)
3-4mushrooms
1/2 cupsliced gingers
Sauce
3 tablespoonslow sodium soy sauce
1 teaspooncoconut sugar
1 teaspoongarlic powder
1 teaspooncoriander root powder

Clean the grouper with salt to reduce fishy smell

Place the grouper on the plate topped with sliced gingers and mushrooms
3

Mix all sauce ingredients and pour the sauce to the fish
4

Stream it for 15 minutes and it’s all done!
