This is clean and healthy food for my little kid.

Ingredients

  1. Main
  2. 1grouper (200-400 grams)
  3. 3-4mushrooms
  4. 1/2 cupsliced gingers
  5. Sauce
  6. 3 tablespoonslow sodium soy sauce
  7. 1 teaspooncoconut sugar
  8. 1 teaspoongarlic powder
  9. 1 teaspooncoriander root powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Clean the grouper with salt to reduce fishy smell

  2. 2

    Place the grouper on the plate topped with sliced gingers and mushrooms

  3. 3

    Mix all sauce ingredients and pour the sauce to the fish

  4. 4

    Stream it for 15 minutes and it’s all done!
