  1. 120 gunsalted butter / margarine
  2. 155 gsugar
  3. 2eggs
  4. 225 gself raising flour
  5. 2overripe bananas
  6. 2 tbspwhole organic linseed / flax seeds (same thing)
  7. 1/2 tspcinnamon powder
  8. 1 tspvanilla essence

    Mash bananas

    Cream butter and sugar till pale and creamy

    Mix flour with cinnamon and flax seeds and set aside

    Add eggs to creamed butter, then add vanilla and bananas

    Pour batter into greased tin.

    Bake for 40 mins or till skewer inserted comes out clean
