  1. ForCarrot mixture:
  2. 1/2 cupcarrot grated
  3. 1 tspginger grated
  4. fewGreen chilli chopped
  5. 1 tspcurry leaves chopped
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. ForCapsicum mixture:
  8. 1/2 cupcapsicum chopped
  9. 1 tspcurry leaves chopped
  10. 1 tspcoriander leaves chopped
  11. 1 tspoil
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. ForOnion tomato mixture:
  14. 1/2 cuponion chopped
  15. 1/2 cuptomato chopped
  16. 1 tspcurry leaves chopped
  17. 1 tspcoriander leaves chopped
  18. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients for the toppings in a bowl.fill a plastic bottle with a dosa batter.Poke a hole in the lid and close the bottom to form a squeeze bottle for the batter.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan and small portion of the batter into the pan.Now add the individual toppings and let it roast for 2 minutes.

  3. 3

    Flip them over and continue to cook for 3 mnts.Serve hot with chutneys.
