Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgchicken meat
  • 1coconut
  • 2tomatoes
  • Onion
  • 1 spooncooking oil
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare your chicken meat,boil it for 20 minutes as shown.

    Fry the onions to brown, add tomatoes as you fry, drop in the chicken pieces and fry for 5 minutes

    Now add the coconut milk and cook as you stir till it boils. Add a little salt and serve with ugali and enjoy.
