Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 500 gtrofei pasta
  2. Tincrab meat
  3. Saffron
  4. Handfulfresh cherry tomatoes
  5. Small chopped onion
  6. Halfa courgette al Julienne
  7. Olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring pot of salted water to the boil, when boiling, fry onion gently in a little oil, for 2 mins

    Add saffron to the pasta water. It gives the flavour without overpowering the crab. Add the pasta and cook according to instructions

    Add courgette and cook for another 2 mins. Then add crab

    Add a ladle of pasta cooking water and chopped tomatoes. Cook on medium for remaining mins

    Drain pasta and add to sauce

    Mix and serve :)
