Steps

Wash the dal throgholy until the bubble

Put the dal into a pressure cooker add water and turmeric powder. Close the lid and boil

When the dal is soft enough to get mashed, remove the lid

Cook it in medium flame until extra water

Let the dal cook off

Cut the onion and green chilli on a plate

Transfer the dal on a same plate

Then add salt, mustard oil and fried dry red chilli

Mix it throgholy
