Steps

Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add garlic & cumin seeds and let their colour change.

Add curry leaves, green chilies and onion, mix well and saute till the onion is golden.

Add turmeric powder & salt and mix well.

Add 2 cups water and cook for four to five minutes.

Add carrot, tomato, beans and mix well. reduce heat, cover and cook for two to three minutes.

Add rolled oats & garam masala and cook for four to five minutes. Add finely chopped capsicum & black pepper and mix well.

Serve hot, garnished with the coriander leaves.
