Ingredients

  1. 5-6boiled potatoes
  2. 2-3green chillies
  3. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  4. 1/4 tsphing
  5. 1/4 tsphaldi
  6. to tastesalt
  7. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  8. 2 spoonoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok add hing and cumin seeds when splutters add green chilli.

  2. 2

    Now add all spices and roast it

  3. 3

    Now add mashed potatoes and mix well

  4. 4

    Cook on low flame for 5 minute.

  5. 5

    Serve with puri
