It's a Spanish dish which is made up of healthy ingredient like quinoa. I have served it with ahi sauce which is from peruvian cuisine which goes well with it.

It's a Spanish dish which is made up of healthy ingredient like quinoa. I have served it with ahi sauce which is from peruvian cuisine which goes well with it.

Soak the quinoa into water for about half an hour. Then add salt to it and boil it.

Wash the soya granules thoroughly in water. Grind the oats to make powder.

Mix quinoa, oats powder, soy granules, corn flour, yogurt, salt, pepper powder, finely chopped capsicum and carrots.

Give it a Shape of the tikki. Shallow Fry it using little oil.

To make ahi sauce, in a, mixture jar add the cabbage, onion, coriander, pepper and salt to taste. Grind it into a paste. Grind it again by adding mayonnaise. Serve the Tortitas with ahai sauce.
