Ingredients

  1. 2 cupquinoa
  2. 1 cupsoybean granules
  3. 1 cupoats
  4. 4 tablespoonCorn Floor
  5. 2 tablespoonyogurt
  6. 1/2 cupsweet corn
  7. 1/4 cupcarrot grated
  8. 1/4 cuponion finely chopped
  9. 1/4 cupcapsicum finely chopped
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1 teaspoonpepper powder
  12. as neededoil for shallow frying
  13. To make ahi sauce
  14. 1 cupcabbage
  15. 1/2onion
  16. 1/2 cupcoriander
  17. 1/2 tsppepper powder
  18. to tasteSalt
  19. 2jalapeno
  20. 2 tablespoonmayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the quinoa into water for about half an hour. Then add salt to it and boil it.

    Wash the soya granules thoroughly in water. Grind the oats to make powder.

  3. 3

    Mix quinoa, oats powder, soy granules, corn flour, yogurt, salt, pepper powder, finely chopped capsicum and carrots.

    Give it a Shape of the tikki. Shallow Fry it using little oil.

    To make ahi sauce, in a, mixture jar add the cabbage, onion, coriander, pepper and salt to taste. Grind it into a paste. Grind it again by adding mayonnaise. Serve the Tortitas with ahai sauce.
