Ingredients

  • 18-20small tomatoes, halved - if using bigger tomatoes, maybe 7-8 and cut into quarters
  • 10 sprigsthyme
  • 3 tbspolive oil
  • 2 tbsppomegranante molasses
  • salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 150C.

  2. 2

    Lay the tomatoes skin side down in a shallow ovenproof dish. Tick the thyme in. Then drizzle with the oil and pomegranate molasses. Season.

    Bake for 2 hrs or so. When using bigger tomatoes, i leave them in a little longer.
