Ingredients

  • Cow tail
  • Scotch bonnets, Onions
  • Garlic, Ginger paste
  • Spice mix
  • Thyme
  • Rosemary
  • Curry
  • Black pepper
  • All-ground spices

Steps

  1. 1

    Thoroughly wash the cow tail

  2. 2

    Cook for Hours until it is completely soft

  3. 3

    Get rid of that water and add a new one for the soup

  4. 4

    Grind the peppers garlic and ginger and add. Add the thinly sliced onions too.

  5. 5

    Add the spices and seasonings too. Cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes. Serve as breakfast or Lunch or Dinner
