Peel the karelas and cut into thin roundels.Dust it with wheat flour and keep it for 15 mins. Then was it properly with water and strain it nicely.

In a pan take some oil and fry the karela pieces till colour changes. Keep it aside.

In the same oil add chopped onions and cook till colour changes. Add chopped tomatoes. Add one chopped potato also. Mix well. Add salt and masalas and karela. Cover it with a lid and keep some water on lid and cook on low flame. Serve hot with roti.
