Ingredients

  • 1.5kgs pork ribs
  • Light superior soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Cumin
  • Rosemary
  • Blackpepper
  • Citric acid/lemon juice
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl except the pork.

  2. 2

    Rub the wet mixture on the pork. Make sure it is well coated.

    Place on a baking tray covered in aluminium foil.

  4. 4

    Bake at 200°c for 1hr. After an hour, open foil and bake for 30mins.

    Best served with ugali and guacamole/Pico de gallo.
