Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 1 cupcurd
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. 1/2 cuprefined oil
  5. 2 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  6. 1/2 cupmilk
  7. 1/2 teaspoonvanilla essence
  8. 1 teaspooninstant coffee powder

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the dry ingredients well after straining them in sieve. Then fold in the wet ingredients slowly till the batter is ready.

    If required please add 2 teaspoon of milk to the batter but not more than that else cake will be uncooked.

    Preheat oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

    Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Check the cake by passing the knife test and if done let it cool on it’s own. Slice and serve.

    Note : all the ingredients should be at room temperature
