  1. 9boneless chicken thighs
  2. 5egg whites slightly whipped
  3. breadcrumb mix
  4. 1BAR-B-QUE SEASONING
  5. 1/2 cupquaker oats
  6. jerk seasoning
  7. 2 1/2 cupwhole wheat bread crumbs
  8. chicken season
  9. oregano
  10. garlic powder
  11. black pepper corns

Steps

1 hour
  1. 1

    Evenly place each chicken piece in the egg mix and evenly coat

    Then place in breadcrumb mix and evenly coat

  3. 3

    Place on a plate to dry for 3 min

  4. 4

    Heat a small oil in a oven tray at gas mark 200

  5. 5

    When oil is hot place chicken topside up on the tray
