Ingredients

  • Chickpeas (canned or soaked, boiled, drained)
  • pink salt - as per taste
  • 1lemon
  • handfulcherry tomatoes - halved
  • 4spring onions - chopped
  • 1/2diced cucumber
  • Mixed salad leaves - handful

Steps

  1. 1

    Put everything in the bowl, add lemon juice, salt, and any other seasoning. It is really customisable. So if you like a bit spicy, you can always add pickled jalepenos or chopped green chilly in it or sprinkle some oregano for that extra flavour.
