Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and crushed the spices,cook till cumin seeds turn slightly brown

And chopped onion and saute them for a mins.

Then add capcium,peas to the it and let it cool.

And add 2 to 3tbsp of water, and cover the pan with a lid and let the vegetables cook for 2 to 3min.

Add the coriander paste to the cooked vegetables and cook for 2min.

Then add shahi biryani masala and rice mix it nicely and add salt to taste.

Delicious coriander masala rice is ready to be served

And add coriander leaves 1tbsp water and toss it lightly with 2spoons, cover with a lid and let it simmer for a min.
