Ingredients

  • 1/2 cuppeanut
  • 1/4 cupgreen chilli spicy or medium spicy
  • 1 tbspsesame seeds
  • 1 tbspJeera / cumin powder
  • 1/4 cupdedicated coconut
  • 1 tbspaamchur powder or as per taste
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan add peanut and green chilli and roast them on low flame for 10 -15 minutes.

    At this stage add sesame seeds and jeera, mix well and roast for 2 minutes.

    Switch off the gas, immediately add Desiccated coconutand roast it.

    Let cool for 15 - 20 minute

    Now take a mixi jaar add roasted items, aamchur powder and salt and grind them coarsely.

    Serve as a side dish with roti-paratha or rice. It's too spicy.
