Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled sweet corn
  2. 1 cupmashed boiled potato
  3. 4-5green chillies
  4. 1/4 cupGrated cheese/paneer
  5. Salt and black pepper as per taste
  6. 1/4 cupbread crumbs

Cooking Instructions

    Grind sweet corn, green chillies to a smooth paste. Reserve 2tblspn corns separately.

    Mix mashed potatoes and cheese

  3. 3

    Add corn paste, corns, salt, black pepper. You can even add oregano.

    Add bread crumbs and mix well.

  5. 5

    Give the cutlets desired shape.

  6. 6

    Heat sufficient oil, slowly drop in cutlets and deep fry till they turn golden brown.

    Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
