Cooking Instructions

Grind sweet corn, green chillies to a smooth paste. Reserve 2tblspn corns separately.

Mix mashed potatoes and cheese

Add corn paste, corns, salt, black pepper. You can even add oregano.

Add bread crumbs and mix well.

Give the cutlets desired shape.
- 6
Heat sufficient oil, slowly drop in cutlets and deep fry till they turn golden brown.

Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.

Made with potatoes, sweet corn ,bread crumbs and some spices they are pan roasted but can be baked as well ,also can be used as patties in burger. They are tasty and will be loved by everyone in whatever way it is served. They also go well in the kids snack box.I have used #emborgcorn !!..........And it would also interest you to know that the favourite popcorn, made by popping the small corn kernels, is a wholesome cereal food and is easily digested. i_m_kashish -
