Makhni Daal palak dhaba style

I always cook this daal with makaai ki roti

Steps

Wash and soak the daal.(daal ko dho KR bhigo dain 1/2 hours k liye

Now take one pan add oil and butter then add sliced onion and fry onions.(ab aik pateeli lain is Mai oil or pyaz shamil KR k pyaz fry krlain.)

Then add freshly Chopped ginger garlic (ab fresh chop kiya hua adrak lehsan is Mai shamil krdain).

Now add soaked daal and 1bunch spinach and fry it.also add red chilli powder and Turmeric powder(ab is Mai bhigoi Hui daal or palak krdain.or sath hi Lal mirch powder or haldi powder b add krdain).

Now add sliced tomato fry it then add 1cup of water and cover it and cook it. (ab tamater shamil krdain or sb ko achi trha bhoonne k baad is Mai pani shamil KR k dhak KR daal glne tk pakayn)

Now add salt in it and mix it add roasted cumin powder and garam masala powder and green chillies.(ab is Mai namak shamil KR k achi trha mix krlain or bhoona hua zeera powder or garam masala powder shamil krdain or Hari mirchain b shamil krdain upper se makhan b daal dain.

Cook it for 2minutes and serve it with makai roti...(2minute k liye isay pakayn or isay serve krain upper se butter b daal dain or garma garam makai ki roti k sath serve krain)
