Boil potatoes.

Now mash them well with fork.

Add all masalas and mix them well. Keep aside.

Now make a dough. Take atta mix pinch of salt, oil and make a dough by adding little little water.

Now take two small portions of dough and roll them out in equal size.

Put masala on one chapati.

Put another on the above and seal them.

Now with help of Sukha atta carefully roll the paratha.

Now take tawa and put it on it. Flip the side.

Now add ghee or butter or oil and roast them well.

Parathas r ready to serve with dahi papad or achar.
