Steps

Take a bowl add finely chopped spinch leaves, methi leaves, coriander leaves, and salt, mix well leave it for 5 min

Then add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder onion, mix well well,

Then add besan, and make a dough, you dont use water, what ever water leaves have, it's enough.

Now grease your plam with oil take about 2 tbs dough and make a round

Heat the enough oil for frying in pan, add this rounds in oil, and fry till it become 50%cook

Take out it from oil, drain it well

Then press it with help of back side bowl or with your plam, and make it flat

Again re fry it, till they become golden brown in colour

Drain it well and place it on tissue paper
- 10
Serve hot with chutney or tomato catch-up
