Ingredients: 2 Onions; 2 tomatoes; 2 cucumber; 2 capsicum; 2 carrots; 100 gms paneer; 1 cup boiled corns; as needed Mozrella cheese; 1 tbsp Mayonise; 1 tbsp Pizza pasta sauce; 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup; 1/2 tsp Oregano; 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes; to taste Salt and pepper; as needed And chips of your choice

My dad is a big fan of my sandwiches,so he was at home as it was the weekend! He insisted me to make sandwiches. So i went to the grocery to buy some sauces etc. And by the time i came out of the shop, it was raining heavily. And i was on my activa,and i went home all wet this incident will make me remember these sandwiches for a life! Because only i know,how i was driving in the heavy rains....

1 cupboiled corns
as neededMozrella cheese
1 tbspMayonise
1 tbspPizza pasta sauce
1 tbspTomato ketchup

Steps

Chop all the vegies in small cubes and mix them together.

Add corns And paneer to the mixture and mix it properly.

Add salt,pepper,oregano,chilli flakes to the vegies and give a tauce!

Then add mayonise around 3tbsp,and 2tbsp pizza sauce.

Take to slices of bread, spread some ketchup on one and pizza sauce on the other.

Add the mixture in the bread,press a little.

Shred mozrella cheese and close the sandwich with the other slice of bread.

Brush some oil in to griller,and put the sandwich in it.

Take it out when crisp and brown.

Enjoy with some ketchup and chips.
