This delightful dessert is super easy to cook and a lavish treat to the palate.
Steps

Take one tablespoon of clarified butter in a pan and roast vermicelli/seviyan till golden brown.

Take another pan and start boiling the milk.
- 3
Add vermicelli/seviyan into the milk and cook at low heat.
- 4
Add sugar, cardamom powder and saffron and finely chopped dry fruits as well. keep stirring the mixture.

Vermicelli/seviyan will start absorbing the milk. you can regulate the consistency as per your liking. completely dried or semi-liquid.

Garnish it with finely chopped almonds, pistachio, cashews as per your liking.

Serve it hot, warm or chilled.
