Wash and soak the dal for 7-8 hrs

Now pressure cook it with salt and turmeric powder

Heat oil and temper fenugreek seeds

Add ginger garlic paste saute until the raw smell disappears

Add onion chopped and saute

Add cumin coriander powder and red chilli powder and mix well
- 7
Add salt, turmeric powder and chana masala,mix the boiled Dal
Bring it to boil, cook for 5/6 mint then switch off the flame
