Cook your meat with curry and spices keep aside. Heat oil with onions add garlic (optional), add grated red and chilli peppers add tomato paste stir fry all. Wash and rinse your rice.

Add your rice to the veggies continue stirring time to time, when d rice soften a bit add ur seasonings, curry and spices (I used signature jollop).

Add meat and pour moderate amount of water allow it to simmer and cook completely. Hmmmm then serve garnish and enjoy.
