1 packetDahi Baray
Warm Water 1 jug
Yogurt half kg
Sugar Powder 6 tbsp. (or as your taste)
Chaat Masala
Imli ki Chatni
Paperi
Pomegranate (anaar) adyour require

Steps

Take readymade baray, then soaked in warm water for 30 minutes.
Beat yogurt with sugar powder.
Then your soaked baray take out into to the strainer to drain the water.

Put this into a platter, pour thick yogurt on top.
Garnish with chat masala, khatti methi chatni, or with crushed red pepper,paperi and Pomegranate (anaar).
