Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbangal gram(chana dal)
  2. 2-3onion chopped
  3. 2-3 tspgreen chilli paste
  4. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  5. 1 tspgaram masala
  6. 1/2 tsphing(Asofotida)
  7. As per tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 cupchopped mint & coriander leaves
  9. 2-3 tbsphot oil
  10. As requiredOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak chana dal at least 4 hours. Grind coarsely. Add all masalas, onions, mint& coriander leaves, hot oil & mix well.

    Apply warer on a Palm. Put vada better. Shape it than fry in hot oil on medium flame.
