Chhole Bhature

Grind onion and tomatoes till it is very thin paste. Put some oil in the pan and mix the mixture of onion and tomato. Let it fry at low gas for 15 minutes. Then add ginger paste. When the mixture is brown in colour add spices as per taste. When it is fully ready put it in grams and boil for 10 minutes.

Wash white grams properly & soak them for 6 to 8 hours. Boil them in cooker for half an hour.

Take white flour. Add 1tsp of baking soda and some salt Knead it properly till it is tight the dough.Hot water can also be used. Keep it for 2 hours or till the material has become flophy. Put oil in a big pan and heat it to the maximum. Make some balls roll these and start frying these one by one. Put the cooked grams in a bowl decorate it with coriander, green chillies and raw onion. Now this punjabI food chhole bhature is ready to be served.
