Fry Dal-Rice Fara

Take a bowl, add rice flour and make soft dough in lukewarm water. Soak both pulses in water in separate bowl's for overnight. Next day, grind pulses separately without water, if needed then very less use.

Make small balls of dough and stretch on rolling board, cut into the cup size pieces.

Stuff daal chutney mixture in a circle pieces. Place it on oil gracing chhanni over steam. Let it steamed for 15-20min. Now steamed fara is ready for cutting fry.

Cut the daal fara in to smll pieces and fry it. Take a kadhai, add oil and heat. Now add cumin seed, and fara pieces and fry them until crispy and golden in colour.

Sprinkled with chaat masala. Serve with tea or else.
