Firstly take a wok add milk in it and after add the mixture of semolina sugar and cardamom powder in to the milk.

Then cook it on a medium flame until it become thick consistency like suji halwa.Off the flame and rest the mixture for 10 minutes.

Then keep your hands grease and knead the mixture until it become soft.Then make small balls lemon size and gently make a design on the top with the fork.Make all the rest of the balls.

Then take oil in the wok and put 2 or 3 balls in the oil and fry on medium flame and don't stir them until down part is not getting golden brown.Then fry upper side also.And make them golden brown from both sides.

Now it is ready to serve.Put some dessicated coconut on top of the sweet.
