Ingredients

  • Onions, leek,and celery
  • Margarine
  • Flour
  • Chicken stock(Ruwan naman kaza)
  • White mushroom
  • Salt n white pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook sliced onion,leek and celery gently in margarine without colouring

  2. 2

    Remove from heat,cool slightly

  3. 3

    Gradually mix in hot stock stir to boil,add well washed chopped mushrooms herbs and season

    Simmer 4 30 to 45 minutes add lil flour to make it thick

  5. 5

    It can be served as starter
