Mashed boiled potatoes

Add ghee in a pan

Now add mashed potatoes and fry for 15 min in medium-low flame

When potatoes colour little brown then add sugar and cook for 5 min now add elaichi / cardamom powder and mix well

Now garnish with almonds and serve
