Soak the Moong Dal overnight than take a white muslin cloth. Drain the excess water.

Add Soaked Moong Dal in a cloth and keep away from sunshine (shade). leave it for whole day to germinate.

Take a bowl add Sprouted Moong Dal, cabbage, carrots with pepper powder, salt, honey and at last add freshly squeeze lemon juice. Toss all the ingredients well.

Healthy protein rich Moong Dal Sprouts ready. We can add chopped Tomatoes, onions, coriander leaves, fresh fruits, dry fruits to the salad.
