- Thank you for the recipe. This is a slight variant dish, @lindzi and me cooked it in our kitchen. After marinated the aubergine, we baked the in the oven for 20 mins, the realize it became a bit dry.@lindzi prepared some sauce to make it even flavorful and moist to eat by adding pomegranate sauce, olive oil, black pepper, salt and garlic.
