Ingredients

  1. 2 tablespoonwhisky
  2. 2 tablespoonbutter
  3. 100 mldouble cream
  4. 75 mlbeef stock
  5. 2 teaspoondijon mustard
  6. 1 teaspoonmustard seed
  7. Salt & pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Melting butter on a pan, add whisky.

    Lit fire on whisky to evaporate alcohol, which I failed to do... But, it wasn't bad taste after all!

    Add double cream, dijon mustard, mustard seed and stock.

    Stir 15 min with low to mid heat, and take out from heat and salt & pepper to taste. Then, squeeze lemon juice.

    Enjoy with haggis!
