I cook almost every day. My husband is diabetic and I have just been diagnosed with gallstones. Great combination of ingredient requirements. Low carbs and low fat.
Usually reduce sugar in cakes by at least a quarter up to a third. Usually makes little difference.
We both like trying new recipes, aromatic and spicy food. Carb choice is Rice, Pasta and lastly Potatoes.
My 2 dogs, Honey & Mr Benson, are always at my feet to help with all the cooking.
