Whole Orange Chocolate Cake
A very fragrant cake to enjoy with your tea or coffee.
Cooking Instructions

Thoroughly wash the oranges, cut them into large chunks, without peeling them, put them in a food processor until they resemble a think paste. Set aside.

Sift the flour, add the baking powder and a pinch of sea salt.

In a large mixing bowl add the sugar and the olive oil and bit until they change colour. Add the eggs one by one.

Add the flour and orange purée alternately until you use everything up.

Cover your cake mould with a little bit of olive oil and dust with some flour. Pour in your batter and save just a little bit, mix in the cocoa powder and pure in the middle of the white batter. Place in a preheated oven over 170oC. Bake for 50 minutes up to an hour.

Check with a knife after 50 minutes if the cake is ready take it out of the oven. Let it cool down for an hour and then put it in a plate. You can cover with some icing sugar or some melted chocolate.
