Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup (45 g)Rolled oats
  2. 1 TbspChia seeds
  3. Pinchsalt
  4. 1/4 cup (70 g)Greek yogurt
  5. 1/2 cup (120 ml)Almond milk or any milk of your choice
  6. 1/2Apple, grated
  7. 1/2 tspCinnamon
  8. 1-2 tspHoney/maple syrup, or date syrup optional
  9. Walnuts

Cooking Instructions

    Place all ingredients into a large glass container/bowl and mix until combined.

    Transfer to a jar or a glass. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
