A delicious and refreshing smoothie bowl that is easy to make and can be enjoyed any time of the day! #MyCookBook

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupfrozen banana
  2. Halfa cup of almond or full cream milk
  3. 2dates
  4. 1 tbspeanut butter
  5. Goji berries, coconut flakes and extra peanut butter to top

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Blend the banana, milk, peanut butter and dates until smooth in a high powered blender

  2. 2

    Spoon into a coconut bowl (as pictured) or any other bowl

  3. 3

    Top with goji berries, coconut flakes and a dollop of peanut butter (optional)
