Like with my favourite pasta: spaghetti aglio e olio. Translating to garlic(aglio) and olive oil(olio), this pasta uses only a handful of ingredients and is ready in under 20-25 minutes 🙌🏼
Lots of olive oil, garlic, chilli flakes and some parmesan cheese, tossed with al dante spaghetti and you’re good to go🍝
The best part is that this pasta dish is super versatile and produces great results with addition of just a couple of more ingredients 🌿

Cooking Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti in the boiling water for about 10-12 mins.

Keep pan on a low flame and add olive oil and garlic.

In about 2-3 mins, the garlic will begin to toast slightly(will start getting golden). When this happens, add the chilli flakes and stir for a minute.

The chilli flakes will start to infuse in the olive oil. Then add the cooked spaghetti and mix properly.

Add the Parmesan cheese, mix well and serve hot. Garnish with parsley or fresh basil or dried herbs.

Simple and delicious.
