Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupchicken broth
  2. 2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  3. 1 tablespoonhoisin sauce
  4. 2 tablespoonssesame oil
  5. 2 tablespoonscornstarch
  6. 2 tablespoonsvegetable oil
  7. 2 clovesminced garlic
  8. 2 tablespoonsminced ginger
  9. 1 cupmushrooms sliced
  10. 1 cuponions sliced
  11. 1 cupcarrots sliced
  12. 1 cupsnap peas halved
  13. 1 boxcooked noodles (I used linguine)

Cooking Instructions

    In a medium bowl combine broth, sesame oil, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and sit to the side

    Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet.

    Add garlic and ginger to the pan

  4. 4

    Add mushrooms, carrots, onions, and peas; stir fry until tender

  5. 5

    Add noodles and sauce until well blended

  6. 6
