  1. 4 slicessoft fresh bread
  2. 1boiled mashed potato
  3. 1/4 cupcrumble paneer
  4. 2chopped green chilli
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. 1/4 tspmango powder
  7. 1/4 tspjeera powder
  8. 1 pinchhing
  9. 1/4 tspkasoori methi
  10. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  11. Oil for frying

    Mix all the ingredients of stuffing well and keep aside.

    Heat oil in a kadahi.

  3. 3

    Take bread slices and trim the sides.dip in water and press gently to remove excess water.take a spoon full of stuffing and place it on wet bread. Gently pack and fold it seal edges.fry in hot oil.remove on kitchen towel to remove excess oil.ready to serve.
