Cooking Instructions

Peel and cut potatoes as thin roundals. Put them in cold water.

Take oil in a pan and add cumin seeds when oil is hot.

When it’s roasted add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt. Stir and add potato roundals.

Stir gently and close the lid of the pan. Turn the flame low.
- 5
Stir once gently after 5-7 minutes and cover again to cook.

Stir again and cover to cook again for 5-7 minutes

Check if potatoes are done. Switch off the gas.
- 8
Serve hot with parantha or roti.
