  2. 1/2pao moog daal
  3. 2Onion
  4. 1large Tomato
  5. 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  6. 1 tbspHaldi powder
  7. 1/2 tspSalt
  8. For Tadka:
  9. 1/2 tspzeera
  10. 4 tbspoil
  11. 2,3green chilli
  12. 7,8garlic
  13. 2gol mirch

    Daal saf kr k ik pateelay me dal k 1/2 se zada pani me boil karen.

    Phir usme red chilli powder aur haldi powder add karen.

    Kuch dair me ik onion chop kar k dal me dalen.

    Phir isay medium flame pe pakayen. Lakrhi ka spoon pateelay k upar rakhne se boiling upar tak nai barhti na pateelay se girti hai.

    Phir ik large tomato chop kar k dalen.

    Dal ko galne k liye medium to low flame pr dal ko pakne den.

    Salt add karden.

    Phir chahen to thori dal nikal k thanda kar k freezer me store kar len.

    Baki ki daal me apne hisab se garm pani add kar k pakayen.

    Tadkay k liye ik onion aur garlic chop kar len. chilli me ik cut laga len.

    Oil me zeera brown karen.

    Onion garlic chilli add kar k usay brown hone den.mere pas gol mirch available nai thi.

    Phir daal me tarka laga den.

    Laazeez daal ready hai. Dish out karlen aur white boiled rice k sath serve karen.
